Clark County Elections provides a straightforward tool to keep you informed from the moment your ballot is mailed to when your vote is officially counted. Ballots are typically mailed out starting April 4th and should arrive in your mailbox by April 10th. No more guessing games!

Track Your Ballot with VoteWA’s Ballot Status Tool

The VoteWA ballot status tool offers real-time tracking for your ballot in every election. From the moment it leaves the Elections Office to the instant it’s received and accepted for counting, you’ll be in the loop.

Ballot Tracking Tool Status Meaning
Sent Your ballot is on its way to you via mail.

If your ballot status reads “rejected,” don’t worry. Clark County Elections will reach out to you by mail with details on the problem and how to fix it. It’s crucial to respond promptly so your vote can be counted.

Need a Replacement Ballot?

If you haven’t received your ballot, allow sufficient time for postal delivery. It’s advisable to wait until January 30th before requesting a replacement. For immediate access, you can download an electronic replacement ballot from www.VoteWA.gov if you have a computer and printer. Alternatively, you can request a replacement by phone at 564-397-2345.

Understanding Signature Challenges

Signature issues are a common reason for ballot rejection. This happens when the ballot envelope is unsigned or if the signature doesn’t match the one on file with Clark County Elections. If a signature challenge occurs, you will receive a notification letter from the Elections office.

To resolve a signature challenge, carefully follow the instructions provided in the letter and return the form to Clark County Elections. To ensure your vote counts, signature challenge forms must be received by 4 pm on May 1st, the day before the election certification on May 2nd. Use the provided envelope or deliver it in person to meet this deadline.

IMPORTANT: Only complete the forms below if you have been specifically notified by the Elections Office about a problem with your ballot.
