Most film developing orders are processed and shipped back to you within 3-7 business days after entering production. Located in Southern California, we typically receive mail within 2-5 days from most locations across the country. While we strive for quick turnaround times, please note that production may occasionally take a little longer, especially around holidays.
You can expect your web uploads to be available approximately 3-6 business days after your order begins production. Please be aware that some exceptions apply. Super Scan orders generally require 3-7 business days. Film formats that are non-standard, including APS/Advantix, 110, and 126, as well as mini-Diana, panoramic, and sprocket hole rolls, will require additional processing time due to manual scanning.
Damaged film, such as film with torn sprockets, overlapped frames, or uneven frames, will also require longer processing times due to the necessity of manual handling. For prints and scans from previously developed negatives or slides, please allow 5-10 business days. Photo gifts like canvas, metal, and bamboo products generally have a production time of 5-9 business days, while prints ordered from online scans typically take 2-5 business days.
