Whether you’re considering returning a watch after realizing it’s not quite the right fit, or perhaps you’re exchanging a gift, this guide will walk you through our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Exchanging Your Unworn Watch

If you’ve changed your mind or would prefer a different style, we gladly offer exchanges on unworn watches. It’s important to note that fastening the watch strap can leave creases and damage the leather. If the strap shows any signs of wear, a charge for a replacement strap will be applied. Alternatively, to avoid any charges, we can simply fit the worn strap onto your exchanged watch.

Returning Your Watch for a Refund

For online purchases, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. If you are returning your watch within this 30-day period, you are eligible for a full refund, provided the watch is returned in its original condition. After 30 days, we can still offer an exchange for unworn watches.

If you purchased your watch in one of our physical stores, please note that our policy differs slightly. For in-store purchases, we offer exchanges or store credit only. This is because you had the opportunity to see and try on the watch in person before making your purchase. If you are buying a watch as a gift, please let our staff know at the time of purchase, and we can advise on the best options for exchanges if needed.

T-shirt Returns and Exchanges

We highly recommend consulting our detailed size guide before ordering t-shirts. You can find our t-shirt size guide here. This will help ensure you choose the perfect fit and avoid the need for exchanges.

However, if you find your t-shirt is faulty, we are happy to offer an exchange or a refund. Should you encounter any issues with a faulty t-shirt, please contact us via email within 30 days of placing your order. Please include a photograph clearly showing the fault, along with your order number, to help us process your request quickly.

Easy UK Returns

Returning your Mr Jones Watches order from the UK is simple and free:

  2. Print and Attach: Print the generated label and securely stick it to your original packaging.
  3. Post at Your Local Post Office: Take your package to your nearest Post Office. You can find your closest Post Office location here.

If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure your watch is well-protected. Wrap it securely in bubble wrap or similar protective material to prevent damage during transit.

Important: Please include a brief note inside the package. This note should describe the reason for the return and include your contact details so we can process your return efficiently.

EU and International Returns

For customers returning watches from outside the UK, please send your return to the following address:

To ensure your watch arrives safely, please wrap it securely in bubble wrap or similar protective packaging.

Please include a note with the following information:

  • Reason for return
  • Detailed description of any fault (if you are returning for repair)

  • Your return delivery address (so we know where to send a repaired or exchanged watch)

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for international returns to ensure your package arrives safely and can be traced.

As the UK is no longer part of the EU, it’s necessary to fill out a Customs Declaration form for returns from EU countries and other international locations.

When completing the Customs Declaration form, please write the following in the description field: “wristwatch, return for factory repair / refund, no commercial value”. Crucially, list the item value as £10.

This is essential to avoid import duties. Mr Jones Watches cannot be held liable for any import duties levied on returns due to incorrect customs declarations, and we are unable to reclaim these charges.

Please be aware that we do not cover shipping costs for unwanted items returned from outside the UK. However, if you are returning a faulty watch that is within its warranty period, we may be able to reimburse shipping costs. In this case, please contact us before sending your watch to discuss reimbursement options.
