The main entrance to both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park is conveniently located just off South Harbor Boulevard, north of West Katella Avenue, south of West Ball Road, and west of Interstate I-5. Getting to the Disneyland Main Entrance
Navigating to the Esplanade, the area between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, is straightforward from several nearby points.
From South Harbor Boulevard
If you are coming from South Harbor Drive, look for the prominent Disneyland Resort sign on the west side of the street. A helpful landmark is the IHOP restaurant. If needed, use the crosswalk to safely cross S. Harbor Blvd near IHOP. From there, follow the pedestrian path. You’ll pass the bus depot on your way to the security checkpoint. Once you clear security, you will arrive at the Esplanade. Disneyland Park will be on your right, and Disney California Adventure Park on your left, ready for you to explore.
From Disneyland Hotel
Guests walking from the Disneyland Hotel should head towards the Downtown Disney District. Walk through the entirety of Downtown Disney, crossing over Disneyland Drive. Continue walking past popular locations like The VOID: Step Beyond Reality, Marceline’s Confectionary, and the World of Disney store. Keep walking until you reach the Esplanade. The main entrance to Disneyland Park will be on your left as you enter the Esplanade.
From Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel
Starting from Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, exit through the back entrance and turn right. Follow the walking path towards the Disneyland Hotel. You will reach a crosswalk on Disneyland Drive at the entrance to Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. From this point, you can continue north towards the Downtown Disney District. Turn right into Downtown Disney and follow the same path as if you were coming from the Disneyland Hotel to reach the Esplanade. Alternatively, for a more immersive experience, you can walk through Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, which also has an entrance to Downtown Disney District. After exiting the hotel into Downtown Disney, head right and follow the path to the Esplanade.
